Andrea Mohamed is a transformative leader with over two decades of experience driving growth and systemic change. As COO and Co-founder of QuantumBloom, she’s tackling one of tech’s biggest challenges—helping early-career women in STEM thrive authentically.
A first-generation college grad who rose through corporate America, Andrea brings a rare perspective on breaking barriers and building belonging. At RTI International, she served as VP of Strategy, Innovation, Marketing, and Communications, where she helped grow revenue from $400M to $750M and led a 3,000-person transformation.
Her insights have been featured in Newsweek, and she’s spoken at NC Tech’s Leadership Summit and the National Academies. Andrea holds degrees from Northern Michigan University and Duke University, where she graduated in the top 10% of her MBA class.
